Investors over 18 years old may become citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis by making non-refundable contributions of $150,000 to the country’s Sustainable Growth Fund or $175,000 for an alternative investment option or at least $200,000 by investing in pre-approved projects.
Due diligence
As part of the application due diligence process, the government of St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit will verify, among other aspects, the medical condition of the investor, the non-criminal record, and documents to support the source of funds.
