IIP Update: Recently more of our clients have successfully obtained approval for their proposed investment under the Ireland Investor Immigrant Program (IIP).
Clients received IIP Pre-Approvals through investing in the GCI Gateway Ireland Fund 1, the requirement is a €1 million investment in this approved fund for a period of 4 to 5 years. CGI Gateway Ireland Fund 1 is approved and regulated by the Irish Central Bank.
Eterna International has available quotas on approved projects
While the Investment Option is no longer available for the Ireland immigration Program, Eterna International offers an endowment donation option for a range of projects that have already submitted applications or been approved but have not yet filled their quota.
Upon receiving these pre-approval letters, the next step for applicants is to fulfill their investment commitments within 90 days. This is a crucial step towards securing the final approval from INIS, after which they can look forward to obtaining their Irish Stamp 4 visa status and unlocking new opportunities in Europe.
