Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us via the website, we collect the information you choose to provide in the form: your name, email address, telephone number where given, country of residence, programme of interest, the source through which you found us, and the body of your message.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
When you browse the website, our analytics service records non-identifying aggregate information about pages visited, referring domains, country of access, and device class. It does not set cookies and does not collect IP addresses or personal identifiers.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry information to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether and how we can act on the matter you raise, and, where you have asked us to, to keep you informed about our work. Our lawful basis is either your consent (newsletter subscription) or our legitimate interest in operating an investment immigration practice and responding to prospective clients and partners who approach us.
We use analytics information to understand how the website is performing and to make editorial decisions about the content we publish. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, and because Plausible is cookieless and aggregate, this processing does not require consent under the EU ePrivacy framework.
Who we share it with
Inside Eterna, your information is shared only with the office handling your matter and the partner responsible for it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
We engage a small number of trusted service providers, each under contract and acting on our instructions:
- A transactional email service that delivers our responses to your enquiry.
- A newsletter platform that delivers our editorial, where you have subscribed.
- A privacy-preserving analytics service that records aggregate, non-identifying website usage.
- A website hosting provider for the infrastructure that runs the site.
Where these providers process information outside the EU or the UK, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, supplemented by additional safeguards where the provider's jurisdiction requires them. The specific identity of any provider is available on request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the relationship with you, your firm, or the matter remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission or with your national supervisory authority.
