In the dynamic realm of investment immigration, Pierre-Marc Lecompte, the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Eterna International, throughout his nearly two-decade career, has strived to make meaningful contributions to the industry, nurturing the growth of Eterna International from its humble beginnings into a globally recognized force.
About Pierre-Marc Lecompte
Born and raised in Quebec, Canada, Pierre-Marc’s journey commenced with a solid academic foundation. After graduating from the esteemed Université Laval Law School in 2004, he swiftly earned a reputation as a tenacious litigator and discovered his deep-rooted fascination with the intricate realms of finance, real estate, and construction – igniting a passion that would shape his future endeavors.
“When I stepped into the world of finance and real estate, I felt a magnetic pull,” Pierre-Marc confides. “The allure of these interconnected domains captivated me, and I knew I had found my calling.”

In 2009, a new opportunity brought Pierre-Marc to Hong Kong. Embracing the role of a business immigration lawyer in one of Asia’s premier firms, he played a pivotal part in establishing a business law firm that processed hundreds of investment applications each year. Through this experience, Pierre-Marc witnessed firsthand the transformative power of investment immigration, particularly for East Asian applicants seeking to relocate to Canada via the then-renowned Quebec Immigrant Investor Program.
Observer of market trends, Pierre-Marc recognized China’s growing influence in the investor immigration landscape, and he embarked on a new chapter in Shanghai, serving as a legal counsel for a prominent investment immigration consultancy firm.
“In China, I witnessed the convergence of opportunities,” Pierre-Marc reminisces. “I knew there was immense potential to introduce innovative investment immigration products tailored to this dynamic market.”

In 2015, Pierre-Marc established New Link Consulting in Shanghai. His goal was to introduce niche investment immigration products, serving as a catalyst for an untapped market.
A year after, Pierre-Marc moved to Ireland, recognizing the latent potential of the Ireland Immigrant Investor Programme. Establishing McGuire Project Management, which now stands as a division of Eterna International, Pierre-Marc was one of the first to pioneer this program.
“Ireland held incredible promise, yet it was largely unexplored in the realm of investment immigration,” Pierre-Marc remarks, paving the way for Eterna International’s rise.
Driven by a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction, Pierre-Marc aims to position Eterna as a leading global business immigration company, exemplified by the establishment of offices in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and South Africa, with plans for expansion into South America.
“Our global expansion reflects our unwavering dedication, extending beyond a mere business strategy,” Pierre-Marc asserts. “In a rapidly evolving world, we must continue to adapt, innovate, and push the boundaries of what’s possible,” Pierre-Marc asserts. “At Eterna International, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing innovative solutions, enabling individuals to transcend borders and forge a brighter future.”
